Tanunda East Development Plan Amendment (DPA)
Following consideration of public submissions and agency comments Council amended the draft DPA. The DPA has been submitted to the Minister for Urban Development, Planning and the City of Adelaide for approval.
Lyndoch Residential Development Plan Amendment
Proposed rezoning off Gilbert Street and Gods Hill Road, Lyndoch.
The Barossa Council has prepared a draft Development Plan Amendment (DPA) to rezone land off Gilbert Streets and Gods Hill Road, Lyndoch to provide for residential development. The DPA has been prepared at the request of CN Scalzi Investments Pty Ltd (the owner of the affected land). The DPA documents can be downloaded (see below). A print copy or electronic version on CD will be provided on request at no cost.
