Event applications are a requirement of Council if you wish to use one of our venues or outdoor spaces to hold an event such as a wedding, birthday party, festival, or meeting.
Don't worry, we'll hold the venue dates for you in the meantime unless otherwise specified by you. The Event Application Form is a comprehensive form that will specify all of the finer details of your event so that we can support you best and so that you're aware of the requirements of holding an event at one of our places. Your event application is subject to Event Terms and Conditions and won't be considered finalised until Council approval has been met and advised in writing by hard copy or by email.
Please note, if completing the application form within your web browser make sure you right-click on links within the form to 'open in a new tab' or 'open in a new window', or else you will lose any information you've entered on the form previously.
We require a minimum of 8 weeks notice to help support your event.
