This session will elevate your understandings of best practices for a live music friendly business, helping to ensure you're creative safe, successful and sustainable events. The team from MusicSA will guide you through simple strategies to help create a positive experience for your musicians and your patrons - from compliance and regulations through to staff training and customer experience.

We'll explore programming live music in your rural area, understanding your community and collaborating with local talent, as well as how to find musicians, book them and maintain relationships.

Whether you're a hairdressing salon, a community business group, a cellar door or a live performance venue - this workshop is for you!

This session is followed by a Networking Session where you can meet and greet other local businesses and venues, artists and chat to your MusicSA hosts. We encourage you to join us!
