Winter family yoga session

Feeling the cold this winter? Tired from a big term of school and work?

Why not join Barossa Wellness at the library for a family yoga session. Unwind, relax and learn some simple yoga techniques to take away and use in your everyday life.

This session is for everyone in the family (5+ years).

Please bring along a towel and drink bottle to the session, and wear casual, easy to move in fitness wear.
