We offer a range of social groups to suit a wide variety of life stages from families with young children, students and youth, to seniors.
Friends of Barossa Library
Friends of Barossa Library is a group of Barossa residents who raise money in support of the Barossa Library Service and advocate literacy and a love of literature in the Barossa region. Find out more on the Friends of Barossa Library facebook page.
Barossa Writers
Established in 1987, Barossa Writers is a small group of local writers ranging from published authors to hobbyists. The meetings are a great opportunity for writers to share their work and discuss ideas. Contact Lyndoch Library 8563 8305.

Book clubs
There are a number of active book club groups with up to 10 members per group, which meet at various times and locations around the region. Book sets are available to borrow from our libraries, with access to discussion sets from other libraries around the state.
A small fee of $20 applies which facilitates the purchase of additional sets of books.

Lego Crew
Lego Crew is a fun social group for primary school-age children, to experiment and explore with Lego - each week a new challenge awaits! Lego Crew runs only during school terms.

Little Learners Storytime
Little Learners Storytime is a weekly program specifically designed for preschool children aged between 3-6yrs. The program includes stories, songs, and hands-on activities. Little Learners Storytime runs only during school terms.
