Primary Producer Storm Damage Assistance

Are you a primary producer impacted by the October storms?

The PIRSA Recovery Hotline is available to provide assistance to primary producers.

The hotline connects you with experienced staff who can talk to you about your situation and answer questions about support services available. Call 1800 931 314, and press 1 between 9am and 5pm weekdays. Family and Business mentors are also available in our region, providing free, informal and confidential advice. A survey has been created to assist the State Government to understand the impact of the storm and any issues that have arisen. Impacted primary producers are invited to provide feedback at pir.sa.gov.au/storms_and_floods until 11:59pm Monday, 22 November.

This information will assist in identifying the type of recovery support that’s needed.

While agricultural loss reports are still being verified, crop and farm infrastructure damage costs are currently estimated at around $360 million.
