'Your Barossa' mobile app

Our new Your Barossa mobile app is now available to download from the Apple Store and Google Play.

Your Barossa is all about you, in the Barossa, with the app allowing you to:

• Set bin day reminders
• Pay your rates
• Report an issue
• Find an event
• Check the latest news
• See what's nearby, so that you can plan your next adventure

Downloading the app is easy. Simply go to the App Store or Google Play on your device and search for 'Your Barossa' to download it.

Forget what bin week it is? Don't worry, you're not alone.

By setting up bin day reminders on your phone you won't forget again. The app will remind you to take your bins out the day of and/or day before your bin day and let you know what bin type to take out. All you need to do it set it up on your app once and you're ready to go.

1. tap the Bins icon at the bottom of your screen
2. type in your address to the search box provided. (As you are typing a list of address should start to appear below.)
3. either tap on your address below or tap the Search button

To our best knowledge the 'Your Barossa' mobile app bin data is as accurate as possible. We are working with Solo Resource Recovery to rectify any anomalies that arise.

Pay your Council rates, invoices, applications and infringements directly through the app. Tap on the Pay icon at the bottom of your screen or in the side menu, find the payment you'd like to make and follow the prompts.

Report Council related issues from the convenience of your phone.

Tap on the Report icon at the bottom of the Your Barossa mobile app and complete the form.

If the issue is urgent, has occurred after hours or over the weekend, or is a hazard to the community, please call us instead on 8563 8444. This will direct you to our out-of-hours call centre who will be able to reach out to our out-of-ours team right away.
