Roof repairs at The Rex

While we recently completed works to address leaks in the roof of the Rex, we're aware of further leaks over the past 48 hours as a result of recent rain events.

We have a team on-site exploring the source of the issue, however this is a complex problem that is being complicated by the unpredictable nature of each rain event.

We are continuing to map the leaks and identify entry points. We assure the community this is a high priority.

No change to service levels is currently anticipated, however we will keep customers informed if/as the situation changes. We thank members of the community for their understanding.
