Selection process
The Barossa Council runs a best practice recruitment model to ensure each role is recruited on merit and is centred on the candidate’s experience. It is our vision that each person working here aligns not only to the technical requirements of the role but also to Council’s values and constructive culture. The full selection process occurs in stages which includes application assessment, phone interview, an in-person interview and reference checks.
