Freedom of information
A Freedom of Information application is usually processed within 30 calendar days. If we need to extend this time, we will notify you within 20 calendar days and the reasons why we need to extend the deadline. If you disagree with the determination of your application or do not receive a response within 30 calendar days you can apply for an internal review.

*If you hold a concession card or can demonstrate financial hardship you can request fees to be reduced or waived. Concession card proof will be required.
You will be contacted by a Council officer to arrange payment of your application.
