Tanunda Recreation Park - Master Plan
The Tanunda Recreation Park Masterplan reaffirms the Park as a significant community place for sport, recreation and community gathering. In addition to the current projects, completed improvements include expanded Show Hall and LED oval lighting.
In March 2017 Council undertook extensive community consultation. In addition to community and stakeholder engagement, Council hosted open forums and pop-ups at Angaston Show, Tanunda Show and Barossa Farmers Market.
The consultation attracted 47 formal submissions and 79 informal submissions. Council adopted the masterplan, taking into account tree management to retain the amenity of the Park.
