Management plans are official documents drafted to outline the strategic and operational directions and policy positions set by Council.
Our planning framework cascades from a 20-year vision aspiration plan, the community plan, a 4-year administrative action plan, the corporate plan, the annual budget and business plan, community land management plans and is supported by service level statements.
These plans allow Council and staff to understand the priorities for spending on projects, services and programs and outline what resources and funding will be required. Management plans also act as the basis of our reporting and accountability system in the organisation and to the community.
