Asset management plans

Council manages approximately $500M of assets that are a primary driver of community, economic and social benefit. The main class of assets include;

  • Transport assets, like roads and footpaths.
  • Community wastewater systems.
  • Recreation assets, like ovals parks and gardens, buildings including halls, club rooms and administration offices, stormwater and bridges.

To manage the extensive amount of assets these plans guide investment, replacement, upgrading, maintenance and other service levels.
