Voters roll

The voters roll is required to contain certain personal information including the name, residential address or rateable property.

Authorised persons

The Council, the Chief Executive Officer and other Council staff are appointed under state law to exercise various powers as Authorised Persons.

Access to information

Many Council documents are made available for public viewing. Documents can be viewed online or in person at Council’s Nuriootpa office.

Freedom of information

A Freedom of Information application is usually processed within 30 calendar days. If we need to extend this time, we will notify you within 20 calendar days and the reasons why we need to extend the deadline.
