Policies and processes
Policies and processes are an instruction from Council to the Chief Executive Officer on matters ranging from budget, service, strategic requirements, legislative requirements and the management of Council business.
In addition, there are internal administrative policies and processes to guide our staff, such as human resource management and work health safety.
