Rates and charges information
Rates can be paid in full by 1 September or in four approximately equal instalments due in the first weeks of September, December, March and June.

Your rates notice can now be sent directly to your email address by our online service, Ezybill.

Landscape SA Levy
The Regional Landscape (RL) levy (previously known as the NRM levy) is a State tax. Councils are required under the Landscape South Australia Act 2019 to collect the levy on all rateable properties on behalf of the State Government.
Objecting to your valuation
All land within a Council area, except for land specifically exempt (eg Crown land, Council occupied land) is rateable. You have a right to appeal that valuation within 60 days of receiving a valuation notice.
