Receiving your rates
You will receive a new rates notice about a month before the due dates for your quarterly payment instalments. These due dates happen in September, December, March, and June.
Receive rate notices electronically
You can choose to have your rates notice sent to your email using a service called Ezybill. Once you register with Ezybill, you will no longer receive physical copies of your rate notices. Instead, they will be sent to your email automatically. It's a digital and convenient way to stay updated!
Change of name or address
To make sure you receive all rate notice correspondence without any issues, it's important you let us know if you change your name or postal address. Don't worry, it's easy!
You can notify us of any name and/or address changes promptly by completing the Change of Name and Address Register. Alternatively, you can send an email to rates@barossa.sa.gov.au with the necessary details. Please reach out as soon as possible, if you have any changes to be made.
