Under various Acts of parliament, there are requirements for Council to keep and present information to the public. These include registers.
The assessment record is required to be kept under Section 172 of the Local Government Act.
The register of public roads is required to be kept under Section 231 of the Local Government Act.
Fees and Charges Register
We adopt our fees and charges as part of the Annual Budget and Business Plan process each year.
Development Application Register
The Development Register provides information on past and present Development Applications lodged with Council.
Community Land Management Register
Our Community Land Register lists and provides information on all of the land parcels owned or managed by Council.
