Free online food safety training

We take food safety and hygiene within our region very seriously. We assist food businesses within the area to meet their obligations by providing free access to the I'm Alert online training tool to develop food-handling skills and knowledge. Training acknowledgement is provided. You can also refer to DoFoodSafely for a food safety to complete training and receive a certificate of assessment.

Before commencing operation, new food businesses are required to notify us and complete a Food Business Notification Form.
