Volunteering Barossa and Light

Volunteering Barossa and Light is a community service that matches volunteers to positions and provides help and advice on all aspects of volunteering. We are a Barossa Council initiative working in partnership with Light Regional Council, in order to create a central point for volunteer information across the region. The original funding for the centre came from a grant from the Office for Volunteers. The centre was opened in March 2009 and is run by a paid coordinator and a team of volunteers. Our services are for volunteers, prospective volunteers and groups or organisations who engage volunteers. If there is anything we are able to do to help on any aspect of volunteering please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
