We're building an organisation that values our customers and provides the right people, process and systems to deliver quality customer service.
We have reviewed our existing Request for Service and Complaints Policies and amalgamated them into a draft Customer Service Policy, which is now released for community consultation.
People can give feedback in a variety of ways, including at the following drop-in sessions:
Lyndoch Library Council Office, Wednesday 13 March, 9am – 5pm
Mount Pleasant Library Council Office, Thursday 14March, 9am – 5pm
The Co-op Shopping Centre Mall, Friday 15 March 2019, 1pm – 4pm.
Comments can also be made online at ourbetterbarossa.com.au; in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, PO Box 867, Nuriootpa; or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Consultation closes 25 March, 2019.
Information regarding the draft Policy is available from Joanne Thomas on 8563 8444.
