World Heritage Bid community information session

The Mount Lofty Ranges World Heritage Bid spans the world-renowned food, wine and tourism regions of the Barossa Valley, the Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale and the Fleurieu Peninsula. The core ambition of the bid is to deliver real and lasting economic, cultural and environmental benefits to the region.

The bid’s consortium invites you to the following Community Information Session, to learn more about the bid and the ways it will be of benefit to you and your community.

Community Information Session

Monday 21 November 2016, 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Council Chamber, 43-51 Tanunda Road, Nuriootpa

All interested members of the public are invited to attend. Light refreshments will be provided.


In addition to the Community Information Session, we invite you to complete our online survey(s).

The Community Information Survey will provide us with valuable information on what aspects of the bid are of interest to you. 

The  Stakeholder Survey is a detailed survey that allows you to make a more detailed contribution to the nomination process.
