Council requires permits and licenses to be held by individuals, groups or businesses for some activities using Council land.

APPLICATION FOR GENERAL USE OF COUNCIL LAND

Application for use of Local Government Land, Footpaths or Roads pursuant to Council’s By-laws #3 and #4

  • Busking
  • Distributing flyers
  • Selling Raffle Tickets
  • Collecting Raffle Tickets

APPLICATION FOR COMMERCIAL USE OF COUNCIL FOOTPATH

Application for use of Local Government Land, Footpaths or Roads pursuant to Council’s By-laws #3 and #4

  • Outdoor Dining 
  • Display of Goods on Footpath

APPLICATION FOR PERMIT TO PLACE A SKIP BIN or SHIPPING CONTAINER ON COUNCIL LAND

Pursuant to Section 200, 221 and 222 of the Local Government Act 1999 and Council’s By-laws #3 and #4

APPLICATION FOR CONSENT TO PLACE ELECTORAL SIGNS WITHIN THE BAROSSA COUNCIL

Council authorisation must be obtained prior to any signs being posted, affixed or erected on property under the care and control of Council, SA Power Networks and DPTI.
